一、太仓厂房滑升门的基本控制结构：
1.门板系统
双面 0.45mm厚横向凹凸条纹幼稚钢板，内部填充高密度聚氨酯发泡（约45KG/㎡，不含CFC）,坚固耐用，保温隔音，工业美感强。
2.密封系统
顶部和双侧轨道装配三元乙丙密封带及¤型底部密封，关门后实现四全密封。门板连接处装有密封橡胶隔断冷热传递，减少热损失。
3. 平衡系统
由进口高强弹簧系统保持平衡，表面均经电镀抗腐蚀性处理，实现30，000循环周期。加强型联轴器配合钢轴更稳固。配备可调节式铰链与加强型轨道。
4.传动系统
高质量控制系统与电动开门机，可定制变频智能系统。预留多个埠，满足互锁联动和远程控制等定制需要。金属和尼龙材质多种滑轮。
5.安全系统
扭簧意外断裂时，保护装置会迅速反应，将下落的门体强制在20cm范围内停止。缆绳断裂保护装置滑升缆绳断裂门体下落。可选遇阻反弹的底部安全防夹装置。
6.增强系统
可视配窗口、门中门、提升方式、抗风组件、遥控、远程控制、门板定制颜色、红外线安全保护以多种感应开门装置。
二、提升门英文简介：
The industry sectional door is also named electric sliding up door. It is suitable for every building’s outside and inside installation. It is beautiful, high-intensity, reliable, stable, low noise, airtight, and constant temperature, it also takes low construction rate in workshops’ space and improves the production efficiency. There is an interlock between the two doors (door in door), when the small door open, the switch will be cut off and the control power will also be cut off. And the big door can’t move any more to ensure the security.
